To be able to personalise the graphics of the website you can change the order of various elements of the website.

You can only modify the order of the element of the page when you are in the Content area and move only the elements bordered by orange. 

You have to click on the element you want to move while you are holding the left mouse button. 
Still holding down the left mouse button, start to drag the element to its new position.
